Just to show you how it all works - herewith our easy 7-step process:

OrderComplete the order/quotation form with your print requirements and contact details. |

Confirmation of price / specificationsA Print-Online representative will respond to you within 24 hours to confirm your order or provide a quotation. |

PaymentPro-forma invoice issued to customer upon which customer processes payment. |

Artwork emailed / designedCustomer emails completed artwork or provide details (logo's wording etc) for our designers to draw up artwork. |

Approve final proofsProofs are emailed to customer. Customer has the opportunity to make revisions. Final proofs are approved by customer. |

Printing / ProductionOnce artwork is finalised and payment has been received the print job production commences. Production time varies from order to order and also on the printing queue. The following are the average production times: Small Orders (i.e. Business Cards) Usually 1-3 working days. |

Free DeliveryGoods are dispatched FREE of charge.Print-Online uses various delivery services depending on exact location and/or size of parcel. These are our general delivery guidelines: Major Centres (Jhb and Surrounds, Pta, Cape Town, Durban, East London, PE, George, Bloemfontein etc) Small Orders Couriered to door 24-48 Hours Large orders (usually over 10kg) Couriered to door 48-72Hours Stamps Overnight to nearest Speed Service counter (unless it accompanies a print order) Small Towns or Outlying Areas This method may vary greatly depending on specific geographical area and size of order. Usually one of the following methods is used: Print Orders Couriered to door 48-72 Hours Counter to Counter 2-5 Days Stamps Nearest Speed Services Counter 24 Hours |
